Great value for money and exactly what I needed. the hotel was fairly clean. - the staff were really kind and nice. - the room was clean and absolutely gorgeous, with exceptionally comfortable bed.

Everything was very good, so were great views of the mountains. Great value for money contrasted with other options. The team provided an amazing service. Besides, we could easily park in front of the hotel. The food was outstanding, loved it.

It had great and beautiful location within walking distance of A Crafthouse Gallery. Excellent service, as the staff were helpful.

Stunning location, large breakfast with lots of food. New-fashioned room & extremely comfy bed. Location not far from the train station and restaurants, the mountain and the private onsen. Also, unable to make the most of the outside areas.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Hakone Yutowa. The hotel is well-situated near the train station and cable car to Owakudani volcanic area and Lake Ashi. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with private toilets and showers. The facilities are excellent, including public and private baths, a terrace with a foot bath, and a lounge area with complimentary snacks and drinks. The onsen was delightful, and the restaurant provided a delicious variety of Japanese food. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

It's a newly renovated hip new hotel with a marvelous location in Gora Onsen district. the staff is excellent and very amiable. - They have a great selection of meals to choose from, and the food is outstanding.

This venue has convenient on-site free parking and offers pleasant service.
